GrabTech Warranty Info

All GrabTech products carry a 12 Months warranty from date of purchase.

Should there be a manufacturing fault with any items purchased online with us, please email: support@grabtechaustralia.com.au  within the 12 Months warranty period to register your claim.

We will organise and send out a pre paid satchel to return the product.

GrabTech reserves the right to assess all warranty claims in accordance with Australian consumer law guidelines and manufacturer conditions before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.
