With more than 12 years of experience building and driving 4WDs off-road, I’ve always found wiring to be one of the most frustrating aspects of any build. Running cables through the firewall, finding suitable mounting locations, and drilling dashboards to install switches and controls can be time-consuming and often compromise the factory appearance of the vehicle.

This challenge was the inspiration behind GrabTech.

Our goal was to create a solution that is simple to install, easy to use, highly adaptable, and ergonomically designed. The result is a handle-mounted control system that integrates seamlessly into modern 4WDs while maintaining an OEM+ appearance. Each GrabTech handle is carefully designed to follow the shape and style of the original factory component, ensuring it looks right at home in your vehicle.

One of the key advantages of the system is its ease of installation. By positioning the controls within your natural line of sight and easy reach, GrabTech enhances both convenience and usability while driving.

We also incorporated a strobe function for those camping and off-road adventures where a bit of fun is part of the experience. While it may have practical applications in certain emergency situations, it was primarily included to add another enjoyable feature to the system.
